Raising a Thinking Child
Raising a Thinking Child is a 6 session program for parents, caregivers, and early childhood educators. Raising a Thinking Child helps adults build critical thinking, impulse control, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills in young children aged 4 to 7 years. Raising a Thinking Child trains adults to teach their children how – not what – to think.
Fatherhood in Wisconsin
We know that dads today face many challenges finding the support they need to be fully present for their children. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison Extension, we research the needs of fathers and respond by providing classes, support, and resources that improve the lives of dads.
Focus on Fathers
Focus on Fathers helps dads and other caregivers build their child’s social and emotional skills. This is a series of monthly virtual classes designed for dads and open to all.
Resilient Co-Parenting
Are you living apart while parenting together? Has the custody of your children changed? Join our classes designed to reduce conflict and support family well-being during big changes.
