County Board Votes to Accept Green County Livestock Facility Study Group Report Recommendations for Consideration

On May 8th, 2018, the Green County Board voted to accept the Livestock Facility Study Group and recommendations for consideration. The Green County Livestock Facility Study Group was established by resolution of the Green County Board on August 8, 2017. The purpose of the Study Group is to use science-based information to provide the Green County Board with science-based recommendations developed to effectively protect groundwater, surface water, air quality, and public health and safety.

  • Wisconsin Geological & Natural History SurveyThe Wisconsin Geological & Natural History Survey conducts earth-science surveys, field studies, and research.
