StrongBodies Virtual Class

Dates: April 8 – June 26, 2025
Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 – 10:15 AM

StrongBodies has been shown to increase strength, muscle mass, and bone density. Classes are held twice weekly and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises. This virtual StrongBodies series is designed to help people of all ages to live stronger, healthier lives by providing knowledge, inspiration, access to programs, and ongoing support.
