Leadership Tree Host Sites
Does your organization or group have an interest in investing in local community and leadership legacy? Green County Leaders is currently accepting leadership tree applications for spring of 2026!
Any nonprofit, municipality, school, or business may apply to be a host site of a leadership legacy tree. GCL will fund the planting of one tree and the inclusion of an engraved metal sign. The chosen entity would purchase and plant the tree and install the sign (financial costs of the tree – up to $150 – and the sign would be covered by GCL), take care of the tree, and share a photo and quote regarding the tree’s symbol of leadership legacy.
