This service is part of a partnership between UW–Madison Extension and Iowa State University Extension and Outreach.   • A new Pandemic EBT program has been approved that will begin providing temporary food benefits on a Quest/EBT card to families with children who had been receiving free or reduced price meals before the COVID-19 school closures. For many eligible families, benefits will show up automatically on their existing Quest card. Eligible families who already receive FoodShare or other public benefits will receive a letter about these benefits; there will be an opportunity for others who are eligible to apply in early May.  For the details and updates go to COVID 19 updates website.
