FoodWIse-Family Promise Class

On Friday August 23rd, Maggie Milcarek from the UW Extension FoodWise program visited the Family Promise Center to present some great gardening tips as well as food ideas. We made homemade Salsa and I believe we may have found the next Junior Chopped Champion! Our youngest guest Francis took a real interest in preparing an amazing salsa dish for the entire group! Thanks Maggie and Francis for an enjoyable event!
